We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Digital Content Executive to join our digital team. You will play a key role in shaping, producing, and executing engaging online content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who understands storytelling, brand alignment, and the fast-moving nature of digital media — from social campaigns to video productions.

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Concept & Ideation:
    Develop content ideas, campaign concepts, and creative strategies aligned with client objectives and brand tone.

  • Content Production:
    Support in producing, writing, designing, shooting, and editing digital content (including social media posts, videos, and short-form campaigns).

  • Digital Management:
    Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across digital platforms, ensuring consistency and timely delivery.

  • Creative Collaboration:
    Work closely with the creative, production, and account teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment between concept and output.

  • Analytics & Improvement:
    Monitor performance metrics and audience engagement; propose creative improvements and optimizations based on insights.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Academic: Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Bachelor Degree in Art / Design / Creative Multimedia / Mass Communication or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in digital content creation, social media, or creative production.
Knowledge: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and familiar with social media management tools.
Languages: Fluent in English and Malay (written and spoken).

Key Skills:
Strong creative thinking and writing ability, visual communication, video editing, content planning, multitasking under deadlines, and ability to work independently or in a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, edit and produce attractive and effective artwork for all marketing and communication materials comprising contents, and graphic for, but not limited to, marketing campaign, events, website, social media and corporate materials.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Academic: Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Bachelor Degree in Art / Design / Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates with experience in graphic design are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge: Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Key skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in team, ability to work well under pressure, ability to work with limited supervision, time management and multitasking attributes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Academic: Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising / Media / Art / Design / Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience, preferred in the same industry.
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Office (MS Excel is necessary), Social Media, Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, EDM, Web analytics tools, etc.
  • Languages: English and Malay.
  • Key skills: Analytical skills, communication skills, critical thinking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify, analyse, inspect, update and present data findings with visuals and statistics
  • Evaluate performance of digital campaigns and determine actionable insights
  • Make recommendations and influence campaign directions by effectively communicating findings to cross-functional teams


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Academic: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Quantitative methods, Math, Advertising, Marketing or comparable work experience is required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of related work experience in digital marketing analytics or related field
  • Knowledge: Advanced MS Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Intermediate experience with website analytics tools such as Web Trends, Google Analytics,
  • Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • Experience conducting ROI analysis, optimization insights and reporting for digital campaign
  • and online advertising mediums (E.g.: display advertising, search marketing, online video,
  • social advertising, etc.).
  • Understanding of marketing channels, UTM campaign tracking, and data systems including
  • CRMs, search, display, social, mobile, referral, email, etc.
  • Experience providing analysis and insights for one or more of the following: web and search
  • traffic, email messaging statistics, and social media trends, offline media impact.

We are looking for Finance functions to ensure day-to-day operations of overall accounting/financial activities and human resources operations are executed effectively and efficiently. 

Responsibility

  • Handle day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable and    general ledger
  • Prepare financial analysis to support the management
  • Prepare the group financial reporting, including management accounts and reports, financial   budgets and financial statements
  • Regularly liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, statutory bodies, vendors and stakeholders
  • To have the ability to work collaboratively well with all levels of internal and external organisations.
  • Any ad hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned
  • Preparation of full-set of accounts and monthly reports including profit and loss statements, and balance sheets
  • Handling payroll including issue pay cheque to staff, EPF, Socso, and PCB
  • Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax agents and other relevant authorities.
  • Day to day operations of the HR functions and duties Provide clerical and administrative support to  Human Resources executives Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, utility bills, etc)
